Kantika brings over 35 years of strategic leadership to BCC Ventures, the venture capital arm of Bangkok Cable. As Chief Executive Officer of Bangkok Cable, she has driven the company’s financial and operational excellence, establishing it as Thailand’s leading manufacturer of electric wires and cables. Beginning her career at Bangkok Cable in 1985 as a Finance Manager, she advanced through roles as Accounting & Finance Director (1991–2019) and Deputy CEO (2020–2024) before assuming her current role as CEO.

In addition to her transformative work at Bangkok Cable, Kantika holds key executive positions within the BCC Group of Companies, including Executive Director roles at HBC Telecom (since 2021), BCC Holdings, and Bangkok Dielec (since 2020). Her board and executive responsibilities also extend to companies such as Bangkok Magnet Wire, and others within the group.

Her extensive leadership in the energy sector, particularly through her management of companies like Bangkok Solar Power, equips her with the expertise to guide startups and forge strategic partnerships. This experience uniquely positions her to support clean energy startups as they innovate and grow in a competitive market.

Kantika earned a Micro MBA from Thammasat University (1987) and Chulalongkorn University (1995), and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Kasetsart University (1984). Her commitment to innovation and excellence continues to drive growth and sustainability at BCC Ventures.
