As Chief Investment Officer of BCC Ventures, Pongsapak Nakornsri leads high-impact investments that drive innovation in clean energy, electrification, and digital infrastructure. With a sharp commercial vision and deep engineering roots, he helps shape the future of Bangkok Cable’s strategic growth beyond the core.

Mr. Pongsapak Nakornsri currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Bangkok Cable Company Limited (BCC), Thailand’s leading manufacturer of electric wires and cables. As the third-generation leader of a family enterprise established over six decades ago by his grandfather, founder and chairman Mr. Sompong Nakornsri, Mr. Pongsapak is advancing a powerful legacy of industrial excellence into a new era marked by innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable growth. He has been instrumental in leading BCC to achieve its highest-ever consecutive annual revenues, strengthening its dominance within Thailand and accelerating expansion across the ASEAN region amid infrastructure slowdowns in the domestic market.

Mr. Pongsapak has driven BCC’s digital transformation, launching a customer-centric B2B platform and leading the shift toward smart manufacturing powered by AI, predictive maintenance, and data-driven operations under the 2025 digitization roadmap.

Beyond BCC, Mr. Pongsapak is an established entrepreneur in the energy innovation space. He is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Ion Energy Corporation, a leading provider of AI and blockchain-based solar energy solutions. He is also the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Sharge Management Co., Ltd., a key EV charging ecosystem developer working with top-tier partners such as PTT, Central Retail, and Sansiri.

His leadership portfolio extends across multiple affiliated entities, including:

In 2024, Mr. Pongsapak served as a committee member of the Thai Electrical, Electronics and Telecommunications Industries Association (TETA). He was appointed to the Working Committee of the Deputy Minister of Finance.

Mr. Pongsapak holds a Master’s in Management (MiM) from London Business School (LBS) and a Bachelor of Engineering with First-Class Honors in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from University College London (UCL), where he received the prestigious Fleming Prize for academic excellence.
